The SI Group SFP-121H is particularly suitable for manufacturing polychloroprene adhesives for the footwear, building, furniture, and automobile industries. SFP-121H gives adhesives mixtures a high heat resistance and initial strength.
SFP-121H resin is an excellent adhesive material for contact cement that requires high-temperature endurance. As a heat-reactive alkyl phenolic resin material from the SI Group, it also provides compatibility with natural and synthetic rubber applications. When processing in combination with additional adhesive components, SFP-121H can be dissolved or added to the resin solution. Its strong increase in tackiness means that only a small quantity of this grade is needed while maintaining resistance to high-temperature environments.
