Overview
ADCOTE™ 37P295HV-BW heat seal coating is a water-based dispersion based on high molecular weight ethylene interpolymers. It can be applied to polyethylene, polypropylene, polyesters, and paper at 1.5-2.0 lbs per ream to form a low blocking, heat sealable film with excellent hot tack. Once applied, ADCOTE™ 37P295HV-BW can be heat sealed high slip films including PVDC and untreated polyethylene at a low activation temperature. ADCOTE™ 37P295HV-BW shows excellent hold out on paper and is useful in sealing push through pill packaging. In addition, ADCOTE™ 37P295HV-BW carries FDA compliance direct and indirect food contact making it an excellent choice for sealing and lidding food packaging.
