Overview
PURETHANE™ A 1090 is a water-based urethane adhesive system used for clear, durable laminations and strong adhesion to corona‑treated films such as OPP, PET, and PE. It is designed to be used in applications requiring higher coefficient of friction films for better stacking stability and handling on automated conveyor systems. The adhesive provides good heat resistance for pouch making and delivers higher performance in terms of bond strength and heat and chemical resistance when used as a two‑component system with C‑CAT 104. PURETHANE™ A 1090 is typically used in flexible packaging laminates for dry snacks, meats, and vegetables.
