MOR-FREE™ L75-197 is one component of a two-component solventless polyurethane adhesive system primarily used in metallized snack food packaging.
MOR-FREE™ L75-197 is the isocyanate component of a 100% solids solventless polyurethane adhesive system. It is mixed with coreactant CR-5 to form the adhesive system, providing excellent adhesion to high-slip substrates, such as metallized films, polyolefin films, and nylon. The adhesive is applied at room temperature and has a very fast cure time, allowing laminates to be further processed in as few as six hours. MOR-FREE™ L75-197 is 21 CFR 175.105 compliant and commonly used to create laminates used in snack food packaging, bottle labels, shrink labels, and condiment packaging.
