LACTEL® 50:50 DL-PLGE, IV 0.26-0.54 is a specialized lactide-glycolide-containing copolymer available as a white to tan pelletized solid with an inherent viscosity of 0.26─0.54 dL/g in HFIP and a degradation time of 3 months max. It contains no added preservatives and may be used for parenteral controlled release applications in pharmaceutical systems.
LACTEL® 50:50 DL-PLGE, IV 0.26-0.54 is an unpurified bioresorbable polymer that offers a cost-effective excipient solution for controlled drug release systems in pharmaceutical and medical applications. Its balanced 50:50 composition of glycolide and d,l-lactide is naturally metabolized by the body and offers a unique degradation profile of 3 months maximum.
