LACTEL® 75:25 DL-PLGA, IV 0.70-0.90 is an acid-terminated polymeric drug delivery material made up of a 75:25 ratio of D,L-lactide and glycolide. It has a degradation rate of 3 months and an inherent viscosity of 0.70─0.90 dL/g in chloroform.
LACTEL® 75:25 DL-PLGA, IV 0.70-0.90 is a biodegradable and biocompatible synthetic copolymer with a composition of 75 mol % D,L-lactide and 25 mol % Glycolide with an acid end group. Properties such as the inherent viscosity of 0.70─0.90 dL/g in chloroform and degradation rate of 6 months have been optimized to fit the need of a specific release system with optimal metabolization in the body. LACTEL® 75:25 DL-PLGA, IV 0.70-0.90 can be used to release a wide range of small molecule drugs, peptides, and proteins in veterinary medicine and human generic drug formulations providing controlled drug delivery capabilities.
