LACTEL® 65:35 DL-PLGE, IV 0.83-0.93 is a high-quality pharmaceutical polymer designed to provide controlled drug delivery to parenteral drug systems with a 65:35 ratio of D,L-Lactide and glycolide. It exhibits inherent viscosity of 0.83─0.93 dL/g in HFIP and a degradation time of 4 months maximum.
LACTEL® 65:35 IV 0.83-0.93 is an ester-terminated poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) co-polymer designed for use with long-acting injectable formulations in veterinary medicine and human generic drug formulations, exhibiting excellent compatibility with a range of pharmaceutical substance types, including proteins, peptides, microparticles, and nanoparticles. It contains a blend of 65 mol % D,L-lactide and 35 mol % Glycolide with no added preservatives. Due to its excellent bioabsorbability it is fully metabolized by the body, offering a degradation period of 6 months
