Evonik's LACTEL® 85:15 DL-PLGE, IV 0.76-0.85 is a specialized pharmaceutical controlled-release agent designed with a blend of 85% D,L-lactide and 15% glycolide with an inherent viscosity of 0.76─0.85 dL/g in chloroform. It offers excellent stability with an extended degradation period of 9 months.
LACTEL® 85:15 DL-PLGE, IV 0.76-0.85 is a biocompatible and biodegradable PLGA copolymer with an ester end group and no added preservatives. As part of Evonik's LACTEL® polymer line, it offers exceptional controlled release of pharmaceutical ingredients in long-acting injectable formulations for human generic drug formulations and veterinary medicine with high functionality and advanced metabolization for controlled drug release.
