With a minimum concentration of 95% active substances and maximum 5% water content, Galimax Flavor V-100 delivers potent antimicrobial activity with a mild vinegar character that does not overwhelm the flavor profile of finished products. In meat, seafood, plant-based foods, and prepared meals, this vinegar powder helps extend shelf life while supporting clean-label declarations as simply "vinegar" on the ingredient statement.
The product complies with CPG Sec. 525.825 and FCC requirements, carries GRAS status, and is Kosher and Halal certified.
