Overview
Galacin Natamycin 202 is a natural food antifungal product made by fermentation of Streptomyces natalensis, mixed with lactose as the carrier. It is designed for applications where a lactose-based carrier is preferred or compatible with the finished product matrix. Please note: this product contains lactose. The lactose carrier provides good dispersibility in dry applications and can be easily blended into cheese coatings, shredded cheese applications, and dry seasoning mixes. Galacin Natamycin 202 is effective at very low inclusion rates, making it an economical option for preventing fungal spoilage while maintaining product quality.
