Galacin Natamycin 203 is a natural food antifungal product made by fermentation of Streptomyces natalensis, mixed with corn dextrose as the carrier. This formulation is designed for applications where a non-lactose, non-salt carrier is needed, making it a versatile option for products where lactose or high sodium content is undesirable. The dextrose carrier offers excellent compatibility across a wide range of food applications. Like other Galacin Natamycin products, the 203 grade is effective at very low inclusion levels, providing economical and reliable antifungal protection for food manufacturers.
