Galimax Flavor F-100 is a natural basil flavor in powder form obtained by Galactic through fermentation and natural extraction. Like its liquid counterpart (F-50), this basil extract gives traditional spicy flavors associated with homemade or small-batch products. In Europe, it is compatible with food products labeled as organic. The powder format (min. 95% dry matter) makes Galimax Flavor F-100 ideal for dry blending operations, seasoning mixes, coating systems, and any application where a liquid ingredient would be difficult to incorporate. The pale yellow powder has a mild herbal flavor and slight typical aroma. Note that the extraction and filtration process may result in tiny plant fragments in the finished product, which is a natural characteristic of the basil extraction. This product carries GRAS status and complies with EU Reg. 1334/2008, 21 CFR § 101.22, and FCC requirements.
