The brown liquid has a characteristic fruity profile that adds complexity and depth to confectionery, bakery, and beverage formulations. This specialty ingredient can be labeled as "Vinegar, cultured sugar" or "Natural flavor" on US ingredient statements, and complies with 21 CFR § 101.4 and FSIS Directive 7120.1. It is Kosher and Halal certified. Galimax Flavor K-10 has a dry matter content of 50 – 55%. As with other fermentation-derived liquid products, turbidity may naturally form over time, which is a normal characteristic of the fermentation process.
