BONDERITE® C-NE 5064 (previously known as P3 Neutrapon 5064) is a high-performance post-process solution for cleaning & metal passivation of cast iron or steel. BONDERITE® C-NE 5064 is engineered for use between 120°F-180°F following cutting, stamping, and pressing metalworking operations.
Concentrate Appearance: Clear, bright yellowish fluid
Appearance at 1%: Clear, slight amber fluid
pH of solution at 1%: 10.0-10.6
Density (lbs./gal): ~8.4
Shelf Life: 2 years from date of manufacture
Storage: Product will Freeze at Low Temp

BONDERITE® C-NE 5064 can be used at varying treat rates dependent on application and substrate being cleaned.
Typical concentrations are listed below;
Steel Applications: 0.5 - 2.0%
Cast Iron Applications: 1.5 - 3.0%
