Thetapel™ AM-5035 is a solvent-based repellent based on short-chain acrylic fluoropolymer technology containing no VOCs. It can be put in solution with the most polar solvents and is typically added to solvent-based surface treatments and penetrating sealers containing 0.7% to 1.4% actives before application with a saturated brush, roller, dip, or low-pressure sprayer system. It quickly dries at ambient temperatures to form a strong repellent barrier on surfaces, such as leather, upholstery, grout, concrete, Saltillo, granite, marble, textiles, and fabrics, protecting materials from oil and water.
