Overview
LIM™ 6010 is a two-component liquid silicone rubber used to injection mold low-durometer parts. It is transparent and can be easily pigmented. It is processed in a 1:1 mix ratio. LIM™ 6010 is nontacky making it suitable for consumer goods applications where soft-touch sensory characteristics are important. Cure time is rapid, generally 10 to 40 seconds at 150°C to 204°C (302°F to 400°F), depending on part size, configuration and molding temperatures.
