SilForce™ UV9380C is a photoactive iodonium salt solution intended for use as a photoinitiator with SilForce™ UV9300, UV9315, UV9400, UV9430, UV9440E, or UV9500.
SilForce™ UV9380C photoinitiator is a photoactive iodonium salt solution used in conjunction with
SilForce™ UV9300, UV9315, UV9400, UV9430, UV9440E, and UV9500 release coating polymers. Like other Momentive SilForce™ photoinitiators, UV9380C is blended with these polymers prior to use to form the UV-curable release coating system. Generally, one to three parts by weight of the UV9380C photoinitiator are used with 100 parts of the epoxy silicone polymers, depending on the substrate to be coated. SilForce™ silicone release coating systems may be coated onto paper or film stock and are typically used in tape and label applications for packaging industries requiring customizable release properties.
