BroShield® RB4D-LV is a low viscosity, high-purity reactive diol for use in urethane foam as an effective flame retardant.
St. Louis Group BroShield® RB4D-LV is a low-viscosity reactive liquid diol additive typically used in Class 1 and Cass 2 rigid polyurethane foam. It has excellent compatibility with polyols and blowing agents. BroShield® RB4D-LV is also used in injection-molded urethane, coatings, adhesives, textiles, and fibers. BroShield® RB4D-LV is a brominated flame retardant used to effectively prevent, contain, or slow down the spread of fire or smoke in polyurethane materials.
