EMAC+® SP1307 is a high-quality EMA block copolymer containing 20% ethylene methyl acrylate for a soft, flexible polymer with excellent toughness and adhesion. It imparts wide temperature resistance for application versatility, allowing it to be used in flexible packaging, heat seal layers, tubing, compounding, extrusion coatings, and more.
EMAC+® SP1307 is an innovative ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer recommended for use with extrusion, molding, and cast and blown film equipment. Containing 20% ethylene methyl acrylate, this polymer is compatible with a wide range of polymers, polyolefins, polyesters, and more, exhibiting high adhesion and noncorrosive benefits. It is suitable for use in extrusion coatings and laminations, flexible packaging, tubing, tie layers, heat seal layers, and compounding applications where excellent softness, flexibility, and high-temperature resistance are necessary. EMAC+® SP1307 also exhibits excellent toughness, surface tack, and resistance to impact and environmental stress cracking.
