EMAC® SP2207 is a highly versatile 20% ethylene methyl acrylate block copolymer for enhanced physical and chemical properties.
EMAC® SP2207 is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer specially designed for processing via extrusion, coextrusion, and compounding. It exhibits excellent adhesion to polyesters, polyolefins, and other polymers without risk of corrosion, enhancing application versatility while providing outstanding thermal stability for low-temperature performance and excellent heat sealing. This polymer is recommended for applications such as tie layers, heat seal layers, nonskid surfaces, flexible packaging, and extrusion coatings and laminations. EMAC® SP2207 also exhibits excellent flexibility, toughness, corrosion resistance, and resistance to environmental stress cracking, even at low temperatures.
