Ideal for applications currently using a high VOC vanishing oil, could include light stamping, punching or piercing operations. Typical concentration range: 100% Appearance: Light amber fluid Viscosity (cP @ RT): 13 pH of concentrate: 8.2-8.4 Weight (lbs/gal): 8.3 Chlorine: No Eliminate high VOC products for improved environmental compliance. Remaining film is slightly waxy in consistency which removes easily in most cleaning systems. Can be used on steel, galvanized, stainless, aluminum, copper or brass substrates. Applied via most common ways including spraying, flooding, roll coating or hand application. No further mixing stations required.
