What do I do if my product is damaged?

If material is received in damaged, it is best to refuse delivery. If the order was shipped on ChemPoint Freight, contact us at 800.485.9569 and we will work to replace or credit you for the material not received. If it was shipped on your carrier (freight collect, third party billing, etc) contact your freight company or logistic's representative to file a claim. We can provide any necessary collateral to assist in your claim.
