CELOGEN® 760A is an azodicarbonamide self-nucleating chemical foaming agent for thermoplastics and elastomers that prevents cyanuric acid plate-out from forming and depositing onto dies, molds, and screws.
CELOGEN® 780 is a chemical blowing agent with a very low decomposition temperature that does not require the addition of an activator. It is designed for use with silicone gums.
CELOGEN® AZ 130 is an azodicarbonamide chemical foaming agent for producing many types of polymeric and elastomeric closed-cell foams. It is similar to CELOGEN® AZ 120 but with a larger particle size.
Azodicarbonamide foaming agent is used to produce many types of polymeric and elastomeric closed-cell foams. It is similar to CELOGEN® AZ130 but with a larger particle size.
CELOGEN® AZ-1901 is an azodicarbonamide foaming agent for producing many types of polymeric and elastomeric closed-cell foams. It is similar to CELOGEN® AZ-9370 but with a larger particle size.
CELOGEN® AZ2500 azodicarbonamide chemical foaming agent is used to produce many types of polymeric and elastomeric closed-cell foams. It is similar to CELOGEN® AZ1901 but with a larger particle size.
CELOGEN® AZ2500 can be catalyzed by a variety of chemicals: strong activators, such as zinc oxide, zinc stearate, and ACTICELL® U; moderate activators, such as barium stearate, calcium stearate, citric acid, and triethanolamine; and weak activators, such as adipic acid, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, and calcium oxide.
CELOGEN® OT is an outstanding chemical foaming agent with a relatively low decomposition temperature for producing cellular rubber and expanded plastic.
