HiTEC® 12050 additive package is designed for formulating cost-effective, mainstream heavy-duty engine oil (HDEO) for trucks that are past the OEM warranty period. Oil marketers can use this additive to make API CH-4 and CI-4 claims, as well as cascade down to cover API CG-4 at a lower treat rate.
