HiTEC® 643 ashless dispersant has multifunctional applications to control low-temperature sludge formation.
HiTEC® 643 ashless dispersant is effective at controlling the formation of sludge and deposits at low temperatures. It has proven performance in engine, driveline, and industrial oils and demonstrates superior soot dispersancy in gasoline oil tests and low-speed and high-speed diesel engine tests.

Particulates can agglomerate and form sludge in various lubricants, including crankcase oils, driveline lubricants, and industrial oils. In engines, sludge buildup can interfere with oil circulation and engine efficiency, leading to noise, part wear, overheating, or expensive repairs. Sourcing various dispersants for different types of lubricant formulations can be inefficient and increase inventory and operational costs.
