Polyaziridine Crosslinker MY-0104 is a high-viscosity trifunctional aziridine crosslinker containing ethylene imine trifunctional polyaziridine for superior water solvency. Polyaziridine Crosslinker MY-0104 provides higher crosslink density than Polyaziridine Crosslinker AN-2201 and has a viscosity of 4,000 mPa•s at 25°C.

Polyaziridine Crosslinker MY-0104 is a premium quality crosslinking agent formulated by Millstone Durbax for its enhanced water solvency and crosslink density. With its ethylene imine trifunctional polyaziridine structure, it quickly reacts with active hydrogen atoms to enhance the crosslinking within polymers, oligomers, and other resins, improving the mechanical and physical properties of the system. Polyaziridine Crosslinker MY-0104 provides excellent compatibility with a wide range of aqueous systems, allowing it to be used in various applications, adhesives, pressure-sensitive additives (PSA), textile printing and finishings, printing inks, over-print varnishes, and coatings for leather and wood. This crosslinker provides excellent durability and hardness to coating systems with resistance to abrasions, scuffs, chemicals, water, detergents, and more. It also provides a wide range of additional benefits, including fast cure time, tack modification, anti-wicking properties, and excellent adhesion to low-energy substrates.
Polyaziridine Crosslinker MY-0104 should be added slowly to coating systems under adequate agitation prior to use to ensure even distribution. Polyaziridine Crosslinker MY-0104 reacts quickly in the presence of an acidic medium and should be used in alkaline systems with a pH range of 8 to 10.
