Overview
Pationic® 919 is a fully hydrogenated soybean oil polymer additive grade, known as glycerol tristearate (GTS). This high-purity GTS additive is designed to enhance the performance of plastic processing and formulation systems. As a polymer additive, it offers narrow-particle-size distribution while contributing to reduced cooling times for expandable polystyrene particles. It is widely used as an antistatic, antifog, lubricant, and mold release agent in polyolefins, expandable polystyrene (EPS), and food packaging applications.
