PMC Biogenix Kemamide® VO, Pastille fatty amides are the additive choice for plastic material applications requiring good slip and anti-block properties. Kemamide® VO, Pastille migrates the plastic's outer surface, reducing the coefficient of surface friction (COF). This reduction of COF reduces the adhesion and sticking of plastic to the metal wall in any extrusion processes.
Kemamide® VO, Pastille fatty amide is free from any genetically modified organism (GMO) and nearly insoluble in water. Kemamide® VO, Pastille provides exceptional color stability when exposed to light and air. Furthermore, this grade helps increase the ease of mold release properties and smoothness in polyolefin polymer applications.
