MERPOL® A is an alcohol phosphate-based surfactant that provides improved wetting and low foaming properties.
MERPOL® A is a low foaming surfactant that provides broad functionalities for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications. It is mainly used for surface tension reduction, leveling, and viscosity modification. It also can be used as an anti-foaming agent in coatings, cleaners, and paper processing applications. MERPOL® A offers excellent wetting properties that ensure better coverage and penetration on various surfaces. While being able to reduce surface tension and enhance the spreadability and uniformity of coatings and other formulations.
