ZELEC® UN-LC
ZELEC® UN-LC is a low color highly acidic phosphate ester. It is used as an internal release agent in composites that are color sensitive.
ZELEC® Acid Alcohol Phosphates are effective internal release agents used in the manufacturing of composites. They can also be used as an antistatic agent when neutralized.
ZELEC® UN-LC is a useful internal release agent for externally heat cured composites where color is of concern. The low color of ZELEC® UN-LC allows for use as an internal release aid without affecting the final color of the molded part. ZELEC® UN-LC can be used in pultrusion, matched metal die, compression molding, sheet molding, and bulk molding operations. It can also be used as an antistatic agent when properly neutralized.
