Overview
Stoner TraSys® 420 is an excellent mold release coating that will satisfy production, environmental, and safety requirements when removing molds. TraSys® 420 mold release translucent coating is a water-based dispersion that offers outstanding release and antistick capabilities for rotational molding processes. Stoner TraSys® 420 has a low coefficient of friction (COF) and can operate in extreme temperatures (from 260°C or higher). TraSys® 420 utilizes a combination of lubricity and durability for molding applications without the need for silicone oil. Furthermore, TraSys® 420 offers consistent mold release properties while reducing buildup on the molding equipment.
