DMS 400 polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) fluid offers an exceptionally broad viscosity range, from 50 to 60,000 cSt, for formulations requiring thermal stability and electrical insulation.
DMS 400 linear silicone fluid combines thermal stability, chemical inertness, low surface tension, and dielectric strength for demanding industrial environments. For plastic and rubber processes, DMS 400 prevents adhesion, improves surface finish, and reduces mold wear. In coatings, chemical manufacturing, and wastewater treatment, it can also act as a defoaming agent, as its low surface tension allows it to collapse foam efficiently. For machinery, automotive components, and precision instruments, 400 reduces friction and vibration, extending equipment life under extreme conditions.
