DIABEAM™ UM-1273U is part of Mitsubishi's UM coating series as a UV curable undercoat for metal vapor deposition. It should be used to adhere to aluminum, tin and indium as well as plastic substrates like ABS, PC (Polycarbonate) and PMMA. It's application areas include automotive exterior and interiors like ADAS (Advanced driver assistance systems), meter rings, switches and radar and is applied as a Physical Vapour deposition spray. DIABEAM™ UM-1273U gives good appearance and humidity resistance while maintaining a thing strongly bonded coating of 10-20 μm.
