It has a significantly low melt viscosity, high Tg and low CTE making it appropriate for electrical and electronic applications, carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP) and other applications that require flame retardancy. It exhibits high thermostability, excellent abrasion, heat and water resistance and electrical insulation.
