Overview
ROYALAC™ 150 is an innovative curing agent and ultra-accelerator for natural and synthetic rubbers. Like most thiuram disulfide type curatives, ROYALAC™ 150 provides a fast cure rate and good aging properties. Additionally, it improves scorch safety, imparts high elongation, eliminates bloom, without producing nitrosamines.

Sulfur donor for unsaturated elastomers like NBR, SBR, NR, BR, and EPDM. Successful in co-curing polymer blends of EPDM and NBR, and blends of SBR and BR. Used in tire compounds, sponge extrusions, and mechanical goods with dense profiles.
