BONDING AGENT P-1 WET is an adhesion promoter for predip polyester cords and resorcinol formaldehyde latex adhesives.
BONDING AGENT P-1 WET is an bonding promoter that reacts isocyanate with water-soluble epoxide to form a resinous coating on predip polyester tire and industrial cords. Additionally, it is used prior to secondary dipping treatment with an RFL (resorcinol-formaldehyde-latex) system. And The adhesion of the polyester tire cord can be found to be superior to other known treatment systems. The resinous coating is then an active surface to bond with resorcinol formaldehyde latex adhesives or chloroprene latex adhesives can bond to. BONDING AGENT P-1 WET offers improved handling and reduced dusting compared to similar products.
