Tenox™ 8 food-grade antioxidant solution is 20% butylated hydroxytoluene in a medium of corn oil. It has high efficacy in oils and baked foods and is most commonly used in food, vitamin, and personal care applications.
Tenox™ BHT and solutions have great solubility in fats and oils and provides carry through effectiveness in baked foods.
It prevents
oxidation deterioration, thus extending product shelf life.
