Krytox™ 240AZ Grease is a premium aerospace and aviation lubricant from Chemours, formulated with a perfluoropolyether (PFPE) base oil and PTFE thickener for high-consequence applications where conventional hydrocarbon greases may not provide the required stability, cleanliness, or safety profile. It is commonly specified for aerospace, aviation, defense, and precision MRO applications where grease selection is driven by performance requirements such as MIL-PRF-27617 type I, II, and III alignment, low-temperature operability, fuel and oxidizer resistance, chemical inertness, and long-term reliability.
