Overview
Krytox™ GPL 212 Grease is a black, PFPE-based lubricant technology with a PTFE thickener and additized molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) additive for extreme-pressure (EP) performance. Krytox™ GPL 212 is extremely well suited for highly loaded gears and bearings within the automotive and industrial sectors.
Krytox™ GPL 212 has a base oil viscosity of 15 centistokes at 40°C and is ideal for lubricant applications with temperatures up to 270°F.
Krytox™ GPL 212 exhibits the same chemical properties as the PFPE base oil used to make it (Krytox™ GPL 102). This fluorinated synthetic oil provides an anticorrosion lubricating base that is long lasting and nonflammable.
