Overview
Krytox™ XHT-S is a high-performance PFPE-based grease for applications with extremely high temperatures, up to 300°C (572°F). This multifunctional, extreme-high-temperature-stable grease is completely inert, making Krytox™ XHT-S an ideal lubricant when there is a potential for chemical–lubricant interaction between process steps.
Krytox™ XHT-S provides incredibly durable performance in extreme environments where traditional lubricants degrade, burn, or entirely evaporate. Krytox™ XHT-S is formulated for a variety of industries with typical applications, including valve, bearing, and gasket lubrication; welding machines; and textile equipment. Krytox™ XHT-S also increases the level of safety in the facility as the grease is completely nonflammable, even when exposed directly to a flame.
