Krytox™ NRT 8950 Grease is a nonreactive, synthetic PFPE-based lubricant with a nonmelting thickener for reactive gas lubrication (−5°F to 617°F). Its base oil viscosity is 500 cSt at 40°C, and it is NLGI Grade 1.5.

Overview
Krytox™ NRT 8950 is an NLGI 1.5 grade grease with a PFPE base oil and special nonmelting thickener. Krytox™ NRT 8950 provides premium lubrication and protection in demanding applications in the reactive gas servicing industry and at extremely high temperatures (up to 617°F). Krytox™ NRT 8950 also offers incredible extreme-pressure performance and will act as a solid lubricant if the base oil is depleted.
Krytox™ NRT 8950 received a rating of 180 bar at 60°C in the BAM oxygen reactivity test. Krytox™ NRT 8950 is completely nonflammable and nonreactive.
