Krytox™ XHT-SX is an NLGI Grade 2 PFPE-based high-temperature grease with a PTFE thickener for applications with extreme temperatures up to 300°C with a base oil viscosity of 738 cSt at 40°C.
Krytox™ XHT-SX is a high-performance PFPE-based grease thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickeners for applications with extremely high temperatures, up to 300°C (572°F). This fluorinated synthetic oil does not contain additional performance additives and is completely inert, making Krytox™ XHT-SX an ideal lubricant when there is a potential for chemical–lubricant interaction between process steps.
Krytox™ XHT-SX provides incredibly durable performance in extreme environments where traditional lubricants would degrade or entirely evaporate.
