Krytox™ GPL 223 is an H1 food-grade, NLGI Grade 2, white PFPE-based grease with a PTFE thickener and sodium nitrite for enhanced anti-corrosion performance (−76°F to 310°F). Its base oil viscosity is 30 cSt at 40°C.

Overview
Krytox™ GPL 223 is a food-grade, white PFPE-based grease with a PTFE thickener and additized sodium nitrite for enhanced corrosion, rust, and wear protection. It is used in a wide range of lubrication applications in the automotive and industrial markets, including but not limited to gears, bearings, valves, pumps, and seals.
Krytox™ GPL 223 exhibits exceptional rust protection at ambient temperatures, corrosion protection at elevated temperatures, and anti-wear performance for metal-on-metal contact.
Krytox™ GPL 223 has a base oil viscosity of 30 centistokes at 40°C and is suitable for use in operating temperatures up to 310°F. It is engineered with Krytox™ GPL 103 PFPE oil with a low to medium molecular weight for enhanced lubrication performance at mid-range operating temperatures.
