Eastek™ 1300 is an aqueous dispersion of a low Tg polyester resin. It is used as a binder in coatings, primer, and printing inks for flexible substrates.
Eastek™ 1300 is a water-based dispersion of a sulfopolyester resin with a glass transition temperature of 35°C. Eastek™ 1300 can be easily reduced with water and provides outstanding adhesion to many common packaging substrates like PET and paper. Eastek™ 1300 dries quickly to form films that are clear, glossy, alcohol resistant, and moderately flexible.
