Atmos® 300K is an advanced emulsifier blend developed specifically for the food and beverage industry. Comprised of 46% to 56% mono- and diglycerides and 10% to 13% propylene glycol, this ingredient delivers improved texture, stability, and functionality across a wide range of applications, such as confectionery, dairy, and nondairy products.
