Alphadim® 90 PBK Non-GMO is a concentrated form of glyceryl monostearate (CAS number 31566-31-1) derived from non-GMO, fully hydrogenated palm stearine. Formulated to offer exceptional emulsification for food applications, this product is available as a white to cream fine bead. It is recommended for a wide range of food applications, providing starch complexing, emulsification, aeration, crystal modification, structuring, and more. Applications for Alphadim® 90 PBK Non-GMO include confectionery, processed foods, and dairy and nondairy products. Alphadim® 90 PBK Non-GMO is halal and kosher certified.
