Overview
Atmul® 695K is a versatile food emulsifier available as a light-yellow fluid that clouds at low temperatures. It is comprised of 52% monoglycerides with diglycerides, propyl gallate, and citric acid. This emulsifying liquid provides exceptional functionality across a broad spectrum of applications, easily incorporating into formulations due to its liquid form. Atmul® 695K is nonhazardous and approved for use in kosher and halal processes.
