Krytox™ GPL217 is a high-viscosity, black PFPE grease with PTFE thickener and additized molybdenum disulfide (MOS2) for enhanced extreme pressure (EP) applications.
Krytox™ GPL217 is extremely well suited for extreme pressure (EP) applications with highly loaded gears & bearings.
Krytox™ is commonly used in both the automotive and industrial markets in a broad range of end applications. Krytox™ GPL217 has a high base oil viscosity of 450 centistokes at 40°C and is suitable to use in applications up to 288°C (550°F).
Krytox™ GPL217 grade has medium molecular weight of the base PFPE oil, and exhibits the same chemical properties as the base oil it’s manufactured with (GPL107).
