UCON™ LB-300-X
UCON™ LB-300-X is an ISO 320 polypropylene glycol lubricant formulated with antioxidants for improved performance at high temperatures.
UCON™ LB-300-X is a high-quality performance lubricant from an alcohol-started base stock featuring oxypropylene groups (m = 0) with one terminal hydroxyl group. The UCON™ LB-300-X is water insoluble and has a viscosity of 300 cSt at 100°F (37.8°C). This propylene glycol ether is formulated with antioxidants, making it a phenomenal lubricant candidate for any applications that require enhanced oxidative stability.
Compared to other standard fluids, this lubricant offers improvements ranging from higher flash points to stability at higher temperatures (less volatile) to less tendency to form byproducts (e.g., aldehydes and organic acids). UCON™ LB-300-X is a phenomenal choice for some applications and can also be used as a compressor oil, a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid, and gas turbine oil.
