Overview
UCON™ Textile LS is a water-soluble textile lubricant that delivers excellent lubrication and ease in removability from fabric during industrial scouring processes. This synthetic textile lubricating material is based on polyalkylene glycol monobutyl ether, along with additives that act as corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. UCON™ Textile LS has been developed specifically for use in the misting attachments for projectile circuit lubrication in Sulzer PU, PS, and modified TW- 11 weaving machines. It provides protection against extreme pressure and wear during textile processes. UCON™ Textile LS has a viscosity of 100 cSt at 40°C.
